Guarantees For Your Assurance

  • Fixed price and no hidden extras Guarantee
    The price agreed in the Building Contract is the price you will pay with the exception of agreed variations (if any). We assure you of no sneaky price increases or surprises at the end of the build.

  • Build Protection Guarantee
    Did you know most home insurance does not cover losses of renovations or additions whilst under construction? Or, if a builder were to go bust or walk away from a project for any reason you could be left out of pocket. The Build Protection guarantee, on payment of an additional insurance premium, covers the cost of completing the job at the same fixed contract price agreed and is independently backed by an insurer.

  • 10-Year Guarantee
    This covers all aspects of the completed project including structural and weather-tightness.

  • 12 month minor defect Guarantee
    Any minor defect, even if aesthetic, will be repaired free of charge.
  • Post-build follow-up Guarantee
    Assurance of a formal follow up both 3 months and 12 months after completion to ensure 100% satisfaction.

  • Product Warranty
    For products supplied by Assure Build which carry a warranty from the supplier, these will be provided at the end of the project.

  • Professional Qualification Guarantee
    No matter how big or small, your build is run by qualified Licenced Building Practitioners.
  • Compliance with Building Act and Building Code
    All workmanship is guaranteed to be compliant with the Build Act and Building Code. Where stipulated by Council, a Code of Compliance Certificate (CCC) will be obtained. Any relevant water proofing (PS3), gas fitting or electrical compliance and safety certificates will be issued at the end of the project by certified subcontractors for your assurance of safety and compliance.

  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance
    We guarantee to be covered up to $2m for your assurance in the unlikely event we caused damage to neighbouring property or were negligent in advice given to you. This insurance is backed by independent insurance companies.

  • Full documentation disclosure Guarantee
    At the end of the project you will receive a user-friendly digital copy of the Zeus project portal containing all documentation for your project – plans, approvals, quality control documents, location of pipes/wiring, paint specifications, warranties etc.
