This meeting is for us to fully understand your dreams, needs and wants for your project.  We listen, ask, observe, measure, answer questions, advise and clarify (yes, there’s a checklist and we always follow the process !).

To make sure we have understood we send you a Reverse Brief within 24 hours to make sure we really did listen and understand. The Reverse Brief is written as if we were in your shoes – it’s a proven technique used by marketing and advertising companies for years and a great way to avoid misunderstandings. Most builders sadly don’t use it.

Further, we will give you some documents with helpful information and tips that most of our clients find very useful when at the early stage of thinking about their renovation or build.
